I have recently experienced a 50 lb weight los in the last 2.5 months that continues still.A colonoscopy and blood work were both within acceptable parameters.When food is ingested it creates either immediate vomiting or shortly thereafter dark diareaha. Any ideas as to the cause of this or what other investigative procedures I should be seeking? Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me how much is your weight and height now? Have you made stool examination for infection, parasites and occult blood? Do you have swollen lymph nodes and fiver? Did you make intestinal biopsy? Did you search for anti-gluten antibodies or other disorders that causes malabsorption syndrome?
