No worries....seriously!!! I had a baby 4
years ago and my husband hasnt complained
about any changes but if youre real
worried do some pelvic-floor excersizes.
Theres also a pregnancy yoga dvd out there
by (i think an arabic) lady. She wears a
white turban and i just cant think of her
name. Ive never really got into yoga,
always meant to, and this one i seriously
enjoyed. Its very easy and good for you
and your baby. It helps keep all those
muscles strong and eases child-birth. I
really recommend it. The one i bought also
came with an after-birth dvd. Good
luck!!!

I have a 7 month old and we had sex for
the first time afterwards at about 6-7
weeks after. I'll be honest, I was really
worried too that I would't feel anything
and I'd literally have a huge bucket going
on but it really isn't like that at all.
Your body tightens back up really well and
you just need to do a few pelvic floor
exercises to make it that extra bit
tighter but you're not going to feel like
you have a big cave trust me. lol

Try the Dvd, its really good. I promised
myself id do loads of excersise etc etc
but have to admit i didnt do much at all.
Just didnt feel like it. Did the dvd
couple of times a week though, sometimes
more and it did make me feel much better.

Doesn't kegels work for this sort of
thing?
I think it would be best, especially if
you have a hard time getting motivated for
anything else. You can do kegels anywhere
and it really doesn't take much effort.
Plus it's free!

as long as you do your kegals excersises
you will be fine. Do them right after
birth if you can. Get your PC muscle
strengthened BEFORE birth. I think that
will make the most impact, cause if your
muscles are strong to start with they have
a better chance of bouncing back quicker.
But the PC muscles are a sure way to keep
your vag strong and tight.
My mom has had 4 deliveries and she swears
by it.
Look up an excersise routine for PC
muscles on the net.
