When pressure applies & when not or when touching the nipple.. sharp warm pain that starts in the nipple & goes threw the breast. First i thought i was because i was about to start my period. I have started now & i am still having this problem.

Any reason for hormonal changes? (like medication, birth control, menopause, changes in cycle, pregnancy...) Do you usually have painful breasts before your period?
