Well, apparently, the parents beat
her...yet throw money her way.
And now she lives somewhere else!?
...Ok this story sounds really odd.
Also fururedaddy, at 16, you can leave
home if you want to. Your not classed as
an adult, but you get to walk out if you
feel like it. They can't send her away
either...i mean for example, say your
parents wanted you to take an
anti-depressant [this is just an example]
you as the 16 year old, have to be the one
to call in and say you want help, and
agree to getting on medication.
How could they send her away without her
permission?!
..Odd story.

I'm not sure how you get this information
and what legal system you are going under
- but a CHILD can not leave home at 16
legally. You have said this more than
once. While that may be the case in your
province, it is not the case in the vast
majority of the United States. If the
police found you, they would drive you
home. In fact, if you left home, your
parents can classify you as a RUNAWAY.

You should check out the laws in these
people's towns BEFORE trying to give them
legal advice.
I don't see why anyone would follow a
pregnant 18 year old's legal advice from
another country, but hey-to each his own.
