size difference in breasts Posted: 04-30-08 12:17pm
Well back when I was around 6 my dog
actually bit my left breast, it wasn't
that bad that it was bleeding but it hurt
for a few days. Anyways now at the age of
19 I've been dealing w/ a major size
difference between both breasts (at least
I think it's not a normal size
difference). My left is an A-cup size &
the right is a B-cup & I'm wondering if
this much of a difference in size is
normal? I know that one is normally
bigger than the other, but by this much?
Also
could the difference be bc my dog had
bitten that breast?

I can't tell you whether the difference is
due to the dog bite or not. I do know that
some women do have that big a size
difference although I don't think it is
common. Reconstructive surgery and
enhancement can fix it but it is costly.

Thank you for your response, it has just
always made me wonder. I don't think I'll
plan on doing reconstructive surgery, my
bf loves them the way they are & I've grown
use to them being the way they are &
it doesn't bother me anymore.

I think it is relatively common. Although
that may be because I too, have a size
difference in my breasts. One is an entire
cup size different and the nipple is also
at least twice the size of the other,
smaller breast.

I've got very uneven breasts. Mines are a
bigger size difference than yours. One of
my breasts is a C, growing to a D and my
small one is an A. There wasn't such a big
difference but then I started on the pill
and my left breast started to grow much
more to the size it is now. However my
smaller one is only now growing. I'm
hoping they will even up over time! I
wouldn't like surgery on them either.
Just know you aren't alone!

Thanks again, I really appreciate the

It's actually more common than not. The
majority of women have a size difference
in their breasts. The ones with even sized
breasts are just lucky!
