I have a skin irritation around my inner thigh, around genitals. im not sure what it can be, considering i havent had sexaul intercourse, but i have participated in sexual activities. It goes away sometimes, but reappears after a coupel of days of it not being visible. What can this be?

most likely a heat rash. Try some Gold Bond. (Its like baby powder)
