Hi all I have a small lump on my left testicle well i wouldn't say lump more of a small pimple or a spot by the feel of it. i was just wondering if this is anything to worry about and dose anyone no ruffly the size of a cancerous lump? Thanks a lot for any help

You are probably feeling epidydimis, a testicular tube that is lumpy.
