In order to conceive, the spermatozoids from the sperm have to enter the vagina and the uterus and reach the Fallopian tubes. There they meet the egg and conception might occur. If the spermatozoids do not pass the appointed path or do not meet the egg at the end, conception is impossible.

Since it seems there is little possibility that the spermatozoids entered the vagina, according to the data you provided, then pregnancy is highly unlikely. However, your girlfriend might want to visit a gynecologist to check for pregnancy with a physical exam, hormonal laboratory tests, and an ultrasound scan.
