starting period after missing 4 ? Posted: 05-24-08 03:53am
Its been four months. my last period was
january 8 2008. I've taken home pregnancy
tests, been to a doctor and had them test
and still nothing. (I've had a normal
period since i was 13 or so, exactly on
time every month)
and i havent been on birth controll in 8
months.
I did find out i had a UTI they said
thats whats been causing the cramps in my
stomach for the past month, but they said
that cant affect your period and gave me
antibiotics which DIDNT work The UTI is
back again i believe, and i've been having
hot flashes for the past week, as well as
increased cramping in my stomach. Tonight
i noticed light spotting when i wiped.. It
feels like something is clawing at my
insides i really dont know whats going on
or how to lessen the pain. It comes in
goes, its not constant but it hurts.
could this just be cause i'm not used to
it?

Ok, honestly, I'd go back to your doctor,
perhaps the UTI has gone into your bladder
or kidneys, which would cause the
cramping, hot flashes, and pain.
You really need to go in!

I did, no uti according to the doc.
He said the hotflashes were probably just
PMS, or because i may have a had a cold
and not known it. Cause the hotflashes
stopped after my period came and went.
