Starting to Show at 2 months
Posted: 04-09-08 14:55pm

OK, so at first I thought it was just water weight. But its all on my belly. And then a doctor told me its not uncommon to start to show a bit at 2 months. Did anybody else start showing early?

No, it isn't uncommon. A lot of what you are 'showing' is gas and bloating however, since your uterus hasn't come up very much yet.

yeah, its just barely coming out(my stomach) where my uterus is. Its weird though. I thought I wouldn't have any sign of it till at least 12 weeks.

I guess every woman is built differently. I could feel the top of my uterus at 12/13 weeks, and even then I had to press into my pelvic area to feel it. Yet at 15 weeks a stranger asked me if I was pregnant Shocked At 8 weeks the baby is only about 1.5 cm and at 10 weeks about 3 cm...Whereas by 13 the baby's about 7.5 cm!

Yeah, I know alot of it is water retention, but my stomacvh was close to flat last month. I've gained like 5 lbs since march, and I'm 6'1, so its not like I gain weight all in my stomach, it usually spreads out on me.
Heres a pic.

I had a lot of bloating for the first 2 months. I considered it baby though cause it is because of the baby Smile hehehe
