If you don’t have any fresh cuts on your hand, chances for getting an STD are very small. But if you have fresh cuts, you may get an STD like AIDS or Hepatitis B and C.
There is another possibility: if, after the “hand job”, you put your fingers inside the vagina or mouth. In such cases, chances for getting an STD are better.
