I just started steaming so I havent see
results yet, but I was wondering if anyone
has tried it. I just started today and
noticed right after I steamed for about 6
or 7 minutes then splashed my face with
cool water I felt very refreshed. I also
heard adding two tablespoons of lemon
juice will let vitamins into the skin.

I know that steaming seems to be a good
idea, but I don't know. It kinda seems
like steaming would be a bit primative and
that you might need something for your
face that will actually be a part of a
regimen. When you're adding heat to the
skin, you might be hydrating it with the
steam, but if you find a good moisturizer
or intensive treatment it is faster. I
like the kinerase c6 treatment. It has
vitamins c & e, green tea extract and
kinetin in it. These are all in these
kinds of lotions so that your skin heals
from damage. Some people are irritated
by the steaming at home kits they have out
on the market. I've tried them, but it
didn't help or feel worse.
