Q: Stomach pains and pregnancy

Hello. I could be no more than a week and a few days pregnant. I am not late so to speak, but I should be starting soon. I had pretty bad cramps in my lower back on friday most of the day and thought it was my period started but it never did. I have been nausea and sick to my stomach since friday and now my stomach is sensitive to touch. I took a test and it was negative. What could this be?

These wouldn't be related to pregnancy. Symptoms before you miss your period are rare and they are more vague than this.

Could you have a urinary tract infection maybe?
