To any medical professionals I need some
help. I am a 35 yr old woman. I have begun
working out again ( cardio/ lifting) after
having a blood clot in L calf in Jan 08
and being put on blood thinner. I have
seen my primary doc and he has no idea.
The problem is my entire R side feels
tight and sore after a work out and
somtimes during the workout. However its
not both sides. And the mucles groups are
being working out equally together so why
the R pain only???? Is this somthing to
be concerned about? I have worked out
prior for many years and never had this
issue.
Any help?

First off, I'm not a medical expert, but
here's wut I think. Since the blood clot
was in your left calf, ur left side of the
body probably became weaker than the right
side. When you work out, ur body shifts
the workload more to ur stronger right
side subconsciously and as a result ur
right side feels more tired.

MMA stated what I have surmised, but we
could be wrong. Likely, there is probably
a deeper explanation for that. Ask your
doctor who knows about the conditions of
your left calf issue, however typical this
comment may be.
