Stress isn't good for anyone. Try to eat healthy and get as much rest as possible. If it is affecting your daily life try talking to your doctor about it at your next appointment.

stress isn't really that good for anyone whether you're pregnant or not. i would definitely make sure that i was getting enough to eat. if it's affecting you that greatly you should see your doctor.
