I FINALLY got into pain management today and the doctor was GREAT!! He ACTUALL LISTENED TO ME AND UNDERSTOOD!!! This is such a change from the neurosurgeons that I saw. This doctor is not just pushing pills either he is doing tests, therapy, everything! It is expensive but SO WORTH IT!! He told me that he wished that I had seen him and I could have avoided surgery!! Everyone has "degenerative disc disease", it really isnt even a "disease", all of our spines deteriorate and that seems to be a scare tactic that these neurosurgeons use so they can cut and fuse!! I got pain meds, nerve pain meds and a brace and everything!! FINALLY I feel like I am getting better. I got 4 injections in my spine and that felt better than I have in 4 months!!! I AM ESTATIC!!! I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER HAD SURGEY!! I HAVE BEEN IN BHELL FOR SO LONG AND NOW I HAVE RELIEF!!!! DR. MOON...YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
