Switching Birth Control

So I just started taking birth control for the first time, basically for shorter, lighter periods, and clearer skin, and my doctor prescribed Tri-Nessa. I'm still on my first pack, and just started the blue active pills. At first, I noticed no side affects whatsoever, but since starting the blue pills, I noticed i've been breaking out more. Nothing too severe, just little pimples that crop up overnight. However, since I really haven't experienced any other side affects, I'm a little reluctant to change pills, especially because my body is probably still getting used to the whole thing. I hear horror stories with just about every brand of bc, so I'm guessing it really depends on how your individual body reacts to the hormone change. I have a follow up appointment with my doctor at the end of September, so I'm thinking I should just wait...?? I don't want to switch bc brands and end up taking something that gives me worse side affects!

Everybody reacts differently to things, whilst a large number of people who take the pill say it helps clear their skin and helps reduce blood quantity, there are some people that have the opposite side effects. If your skin is breaking out more so then before and after running a course it is still that way then unfortunatly it looks like you are one of the few who have different side affects. When I took the pill it would make me physically sick, no matter which brand on top of that my periods became heavier than before so after trying it for 6 months I decided I would rather use condoms with my partner and not be throwing up with no sex drive and heavy periods than to have the convinience of the pill. I do however now have a child though lol so I guess if I stuck it out on the pill I would not be a mummy.
