what are reasons that your stomach would
be swollen or bloated?
for almost 3 weeks now?

Tapeworms, round worms, pin worms, hook
worms, whip worms, protozoans... Yeah.
Lots of parasites out there like making
home in our intestines.

Are your bowel movements regular? Are you
getting enough dietary fiber in fruits and
vegetables? Irritable bowel syndrome can
cause bloating. If you do not suffer from
pain related to the bloating and you are
not irregular with your bowels then
perhaps it is related to your monthly
cycle. Is pregnancy a possibility?
Parasite generally cause weight loss and
malnourishment.

You see pictures of little starving
children and notice their bloated bellies?
That's from parasites.
Anyway, it's really unlikely it's a
parasite; I was simply listing
possibilities other than pregnancy and
that one popped into my head.
