I had IUI and at 4 weeks 5 days I started having serial HCG tests and all of them showed doubling if not more every 2-3 days up until this last wednesday dec 31st. I had very tender breasts, nausea, fatigue and fullness in my pelvis and mild cramping all the time. On thursday the cramping became stronger. When I woke up friday all of my symptoms were nearly gone. Breasts are barely sore, nausea is mild and I lost the feeling of fullness in my pelvis and cramping is gone as well. I have had no bleeding though. I have to add that I am also on progesterone supplements due to a luteal phase defect. I am extremely frightened because I have had 2 prior miscarriages and no live births. I have an appointment wednesday jan 7th for an ultrasound and HCG level but I feel like deep down inside this pregnancy ended already. Does anyone have any info to tell me otherwise or give me some hope.
