Taking Seratone 5-HTP and Ephedrine together Posted: 03-18-08 17:05pm


I am currently taking ehpedrine to help with weight loss but I also suffer from low self-esteem so decided I would try something to increase my mood (can get down and moody for no reason) so looked up something to enhance my serotonin levels safely and Seratone 5-HTP came up.... Does anyone know if this is safe to take together? Thanks C x
