Hello all,
hope everybody if well,
I have a strong tension with little pain
down along my left feet especially early
every morning I still also feel pain after
a couple of hours of sitting and when
standing up its hard to straighten up
before few seconds. I had L4 and L5 severe
pain like 6 month ago and still recovering
slowly until now. I practice some little
walking and floor exercises every couple
of days and stooped all medications long
time ago. I think I should recover faster
and this tension is really annoying. I
would appreciate some ideas on thing to do
and get better faster.

Hello Robert,
Patience with onesself is most difficult I
know. However, it just takes time for the
body to heal.
I commend you for not taking pain
medications.
Robert, what disturbs me is that in your
post there is not indication that you have
had x-rays or MRIs. I hope your doctors
have requested these for you so that they
can better analyze your problem.
Also, I would highly recommend that you
seek the advice from at least two spinal
surgeons.
Let us know how things go for you.

yes I did MRI and x-rays few month back
and had L4 and L5 problem
I feel tension down along all the time
very annoying but I noticed when I sleep
well
like a pillow between the legs it helps a
bit the next day
i definitely will see my doctor who is
abroad for one week

hey all,
I was feeling some strong tension in my
left leg with some burning in in the front
right just above my right hip so i
travelled half a day and visited my doctor
he gave me two medicines Dexa Tresortil
and Neurontine Gabapentin 300 mg for two
weeks and should see him back again.
Just wondering about Neurontine if anyone
took it before i hear it is super
but anyway i ll wait and see how it gets
