I'm 18, and for about 2 weeks now, I've been having this ache in my testicle. It only happens when I masturbate. When I'm about half done, it starts really dull, then gets more painful as I finish. I also feel pain along my inner groin area, like along some kind of vein or nerve or something. It stays painful for about a minute after I'm done, then stops. Any suggestions? What could this be?
