Recently i find my testicals look smaller than previous(both), there is reduced in amount of sperm as well.
Is that anything i can do to increase the amount of sperm? Is that normal the testicals become smaller when grow older? I'm only 27 years old? I'm worried, pls help?

Testicles reach their final size during the puberty (16-18). After that their size is stable. Reduction of testicles’ size and sperm amount could indicate testicle atrophy. You may want to visit a urologist to check this. Sperm analyses and hormonal analyzes (testosterone, FSH and LH) should also be checked.
