the updated nursery

finn got his big boy bed yesterday and i
love it. i still have a couple things to
do, like get esme's name on the wall over
the bookcase and put the things back on
the window to the right. other than that,
this is it. it's not exactly what i'd had
in mind but i couldn't figure out how to
rearrange things without taking the glider
out.
no, his bookcase never looks like that.
usually the bottom two shelves are cleared
and there are books strewn all over the
floor.
with the quilt that goes with his set-
without, since he doesn't use blankets
anyway-
it's crowded but it'll do.

at 14mths, they did ok.

thanks everyone! i got rid of the ottoman
for the chair so now it looks a little
less crowded.
finn hasn't slept in his bed yet, but he
loves playing in it! we won't need the
crib for about 3 months, so that's plenty
of time to get him sleeping in it
(hopefully).
i can't believe esme will be here in a
week! it's crazy.
