No
Even if you have a flu throwing up frequently shouldn't be something you put up with more than 2 days without talking to your doctor. Yes prolonged sickness or starvation can seriously injure your fetus. If you have to find a free clinic but don't delay seeing someone about this.

hi wen i was pregnant i was sick all day, every day for my whole pregnancy! I went to my doctors and midwives and they kept saying as long as the baby is ok there's nothing we can do! I was so annoyed as i couldn't work or leave the house. My baby is now 3 and she was luckily a healthy 6lb 13 wen she was born! I still don't think it was right the way i was fobed off and reccommend pestering doctor's to see you and keep an eye! My only suggestion is ice lollies, this was the only thing i could keep down, not even water. I hope everything gets better and it doesn't lasy as long as mine did.

Good Luck

I've been pregnant with that same problem twice. I can honestly say the first was worse but more stressful too. You can fight the urge to throw up with a couple things I've listed below, starting with the ones that worked for me. Sea-Band wristbands, these are sold in the pharmacy or online and are made for motion-sickness. Perfectly safe for baby because it just applies pressure to a pressure point in your wrist that prevents nausea. Phenergan gel, also for the wrist but you have to have a prescription. My dr had never heard of it until I found out about it via a pediatrician. Also, you can try ginger: Ginger snaps cookies or anything with ginger in it. Sweet-tarts have helped too, just long enough to get something down. Even when you do feel well, don't eat more than a couple bites at a time. Wait a few minutes between just to give it time to settle. It's best to keep a little bit than lose a lot. Avoid stressful situations. My first preg, I was married to a loon and he loved arguments, to say the least. I would get upset, feel sick, get sick, end up dehydrated a couple days later and in the hospital. Still, see a dr asap.
