Tired of Having Periods!!! Posted: 02-02-04 18:12pm
Has anyone hear of a pill that will stop
you from having your period every month?
If so is it safe?
Thanks

If you are on birth control pills, you can
stop your periods on your own. Afteryou
take the first three weeks of the pill,
just start your next pack right away
instead of taking the placebo pills.
This is safe to do, but some women
experience breakthrough bleeding or
spotting while doing it. It is a lot
easier to do if you are taking a
monophasic pill (hormones are the same
throughout the month).
There is also a new birth control pill
called seasonale http://www.Seasonale.Com/ you
only get your period 4 times a year on
this pill.
Good luck

Yeah like the above post says, you can
skip your period on the pills. However,
you should start your period at least once
every 3 months.
