iam 20 yr old student. Whenever I am
otside the home,i feel very tired after a
little work (walking/standing/studying).
Due to that most of the times my knee,legs
and head pains.I yawns and feel very
sleepy though I usually takes the sleep of
more than 6 hours.This makes me inactive
and furstrated because I could not
concentrate on my work. I also forget the
thing soon.My friend often says me that I
look very weak. But I think my weight is
fine w.R.T. My height.
Please suggest me how can I get rid of
these problems.
