Hey, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum section =) but it is similar to fitness.lol.

Anyway, bacically i am a 14 yo and i am 108lbs and 5'3. my pants size is a 3-5 and my dress size is about a 2. my Dad thinks i'm too small, but i think im a good size mabe even abit bigger. he wants me to gain wait, but i dont want to, infact i wanna loose weight. He brings me to takeout food places all oft he time telling me to eat cause im too skinny! This is annoying because i eat all healthy food and everything im supposed to and he still tells me im too skinny. He even told my teacher that i had an eating disorder last year! and he tells em that i look like and unhealthy stick.

so, do you think he is right, and do u think i am to small, cause i defenitly do not think so.

Heh, I think you are just fine! I was that weight when I was your age and height. There is nothing for him to worry about. Going to take out places is a bad idea because the food is full of fat and sugar and put on BAD weight. If you want to look more fit, I guess you could try exercising, but I really think you are at a great weight and size....you will bulk out a little later once you are fully matured.

I say that unless you feel sick or you have some test that tells you to change something (like high cholesterol or blood sugar problems) don't worry about it. Keep eating healthy....most people don't and it's hard to keep up the habit of doing that: bravo for you.

Tell your dad to worry about something else lol.

I don't know if you are going to read this lil lady, for it has been some time since you posted.

Your weight is quite fine, I don't know about pants sizes and dress size and whatnot, but BMI wise you are average weight. If you must lose weight, at your current height, I wouldn't recommend losing more then 5 pounds. You are towards the lower end of average weight as it is.

you are 14 though, I don't know why you are concerned about your weight in the first place. That sort of mental stress, probably one of the greatest of mental stress in a lady in my opinion, which I like to call the "beauty myth", isn't something one so young such as yourself should have to worry about yet.
