too many vitamins ?

I recently started taking Topamax for migraines and hear it is a common side effect for hair loss. I do NOT want to lose hair. I did some research and read that you need 50mg of zinc and 100 mcg or more of selenium to combat the issue from a neuro standpoint. I also read that Primrose oil, biotin and Omega 3's are wonderful for hair and skin. Do far this is what I have been doing.
I bought a supplement called Purvana it contains the following:
Vitamin A (as Palmitate) 5,000 IU 100%

Riboflavin 2 mg 117%

Niacin (as Niacinamide) 2 mg 10%

Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) 2 mg 100%

Folic Acid 200 mcg 50%

Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 20 mcg 333%

Biotin 2,500 mcg 833%

Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate) 40 mg 400%

MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) 200 mg **

DMAE Bitartrate (Dimethylaminoethanol Bitartrate) 50 mg **

Horse Tail Standardized Extract 29 mg **

Alpha Lipoic Acid 25 mg **

Grape Seed Extract 25 mg **

I also take three 1200 mg of fish oil per day so 3600 mg
1300 mg of primrose and then I also add on another 5000mcg of biotin.

I recently purchased zinc 50 mg and selenium 200 mcg could I add one of each of these on a day? I am concerned I will be taking too many and maybe MAKE my hair fall out on it own!

I also purchased centrum, it contains zinc and selenium on it's own, but not enough of the rec dosage to combat the hair loss I could have from this med. This is all preventive at the moment, I want to hope the worst that happens is I have even better hair when I am done.

Here is the Centrum ing. Would it be best to emiminate the purvana and use this instead and boost it with the zinc and selenium. Am I overdosing on vitamins?

Vitamin A 3500 IU (29% as Beta-Carotene) 70%
Vitamin C 90 mg 150%

Niacin 20 mg 100%

Folic Acid 500 mcg 125%

Any vitamins that your body does NOT need will exit through your urine.

Is you main concern the minerals and potential for hair loss?

My main concern is the hair loss, I do not want any! I have been taking some of these vitamins and minerals for years to promote good skin, hair and nails, and they work well for me. (Biotin and Omega 3's) I have read though in a lot of research papers online that the zinc and selenium are depleted and that is why the hair loss occurs witht he drug I am taking. I have tried other options and this drug is actually working for me. Some say the rapid weight loss on this drug is what makes the hair fall out. I think it is a combo of things myself, including poor diet. I think I wll not use the centrum and add the zinc and selenium to the cocktail I take at night. I hope this combats the issue. I am only 5 days into the drug so too early to tell if this is a side effect for me, but I like the results of the vitamins and minerals so far on my skin, hair and nails!!!!

Have you consulted with a dermatologist? S/He might be able to advise and consult you in your progress.
