I am 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant... I have had quite a history of infertility and after adopting a little boy I surprisingly became pregnant. I am 40 years old, I have the anti cardio lupin antibody and I am taking low dose aspirin. I have had 5 miscarriages between the ages of 32 an 35, the miscarriages all took place by 7-8wks along.
My question is this, this morning I noticed on my underwear some spotting, it was brown, and then when I wiped it was slightly pink. Is this anything I should be overly concerned about or is it fairly normal. I also had an ultrasound yesterday. THe technician was pressing fairly hard on my belly as he could not get a good pictrue...aparently I have a retroflexed uterus!!! He ended up doing an internal ultra sound to get better pictures. Can the ultra sound cause any bleeding from the pressure on my belly or from doing an internal ultrasound.
