Hello ladies. I posted about this last time it happened, but this time was a lot different. About a month ago i was standing doing my hair, and make-up before work, and it felt like i pee'ed my pants. But when i checked things out it wasn't pee, and was a clear liquid. Kinda like water. Just a bit. But today that happened, and it was A LOT! It soaked all the way through my pants. I smelled it. SOrry tmi lol. But it was not pee. So this time beings it was a lot i called my doc. She didn't seem worried, and said that as long as it was not bloody, or i'm not cramping then it's ok, but if it keeps up to come in. The weird thing is, and i don't know if this has anything to do with it.. but I have felt like crap all day. With a nasty tummy, and a bit of diereaha. I feel better now, and it hasn't happened since, but i just don't seem satisfied with what they said. MaYBE I am freaking out, but i'm just a bit nervous. Any one else have this before? THanks for your time again Smile

lol yeah. I didn't expect it to go all the way through my pants.. They tried telling me on the phone that i prolly just had a bladder leak. But I know the difference between pee, and a clear liquid.

You can go in and they have a strip that can tell if your water broke. If you start cramping I would definitely go to L&D.

You should go to be seen right now, if only to be safe. My membranes ruptured prematurely with my daughter and that is exactly how it was. One moment I was standing there the next moment I was horrified that I had wet myself.
When I was pregnant with my son I questioned once whether I had a slow leak, and they made me go directly to the doc, they tested me and it was just the baby pushing on my bladder, but you should hear it from a doc.

So i should still go in even if they said everything was ok? I'm a bit nervous, and wanted to be seen, but she didn't seem to concerned about it. I don't have cramps, and bleeding, but it was a lot. Should i schedule a appt tomorrow?

Also if all this is true that's kinda freaky. I'm only 17 weeks on sunday Sad

yeah i woulda went, usually if u say you think your leaking water they want you to go in asap.
I hate on call nurses, the one in florida was really rude and i hated her so i hung up on her, its better to ask to speak to your dr if possible, but with something like that us houldnt sit around and wait u need to find out if thats what it is, it sorta sounds like it is, they need to check if that is and prob do an u/s to check if the fluid levels are still ok etc, sometimes ur water can leak and it can patch itself but it still warrents going to get checked out asap.

Yeah...Every time i got to the puter to write something i had customers. Now it's just me, and my crackers lol.. They ran a few tests, and said everything looked good. So i guess i just had a accident lol. They found the heart beat right where my bladder is...so my guess is he is using my bladder as a water bed Smile
