I'm pregnant with my first, and I don't have much of a bump at all but thought I'd post my 18 week pics. I still only look pregnant obviously to myself and maybe my DH.

Here is 6 weeks for comparison:

And here is 18 weeks (7/11/07):

You are so tiny and cute! Congrats on your first! You should really start showing in the next few weeks.

You are so tiny! Have you gained any weight since getting pregnant?

You'll prolly really start showing around 20 weeks.

I can notice a difference, it looks like your belly is starting to fill out. Cute! You have nice legs, by the way!

Oh wow...you are so skinny!!!!

I'm 16w4d pregnant and my belly popped out at 14 weeks.I'm assuming that is because i am so short (5'1) and not the fact that the baby will take after its father (he's 6ft and 253 pound). Yes he is a big boy!!LOL

You'll probably wake up one morning, look down and think wow that popped out overnight!! Watching your belly grow is so exciting. Cant wait to see the progression of your bump.

Good luck!!

Smile Shar

I had gained about 6-7 lb. since becoming pregnant, but this week, my weight is down 3 lb. for a total gain of 3-4 lb.? I had a lot of stress this past week, I think that's a big part of it. Apparently, I must eat like a horse otherwise I just lose weight, and this week, being stressed, I didn't eat as much (though I think I still ate plenty, I just wasn't eating as much chocolate or dessert). I also had some problems with fluid retention (edema) in my legs before becoming pregnant due to a bad reaction to birth control pills. Strangely, this week, the edema seems to have improved quite a bit so that may also explain some of the weight loss.

Your about the same as me the first time around. You look just about like my best friend did when she had her first. She didn't show until about 7 months lol. Now she is on her 3rd, and is the same size as me. Just depends on the person. I think you are fine. As long as you eat, and stay healthy, and have a healthy baby. You'll grow Smile
