Well we moved all day on Tuesday the 10th. No contractions at all. Brian and I went to sleep that night around 12. I had plans on finishing up the babys room on Wednesday and going out to lunch with my mom and aunts. I put in Brees carseat that night just so we wouldnt lose it. I woke up at around 245 and went to the bathroom then back to bed. At 5 I woke up again, went to the bathroom and noticed my shorts were soaked. I woke up brian and told him i think my water broke but im not sure. He asked me if i was sure and i told him i dont know i never have had my water break before. hahah he told me to smell it. we called the doctor and she told us to take showers, eat and come in. We got to the hospital at 645 am and the nurse determined my water did in fact break. They admitted me right after and started me on pitocin at 1045 am because i wasnt having any contractions still. She checked me at 12ish and told me i was still at 3 but if i was going to get my epideral i needed to speak up because the or was packed and i may have to wait 45 minutes for it. I decided to get it then and the doctor came in and put it in no problems. it felt like just a little bee sting. After, i was checked at about 445ish and i was at 6 cm. Less then an hour later i was nervous because i thought my epideral was wearing off because i was feeling pressure. she checked me and i was at 8-9. my mom had stepped out to go get some gum so brian called her and she ran back upstairs. by 528 i was at 10 and ready to push. I was going to get more medication (because i was scared of being felt to be sewen up) but there wasnt time. we started pushing and by 602 pm she made her arrival! brian was so amazing.. all he did was keep telling me how amazing i was and how much of a stud i was and how proud he was. my mom counted and bree came out really easy and with pressure but never any pain. i felt just enough to know to push. the doctor really took his time (who by the way i had never seen in my life, some man) and when she came out she wasnt really breathing. i started crying and asking why she wasnt crying. he told me shes fine she just needs some oxygen . he went to clamp the cord and im not sure what happened but he cut it too low (brian never got the chance to cut it) and blood went everywhere. all over my arms, the bed, the nurses, the side of the incubator. it was a mess!! they took her off me and i heard her cry a second later after they woke her up a bit. it was the scariest moments of my life. after they cleaned her up she was given an apgart score of 7.5 and was given a clean bill of health. i didnt rip or tear and no stiches were needed. i was sitting cross legged less then 24 hours later and other then some stinging am feeling great. i didnt know it was possible to be so happy. brian and i are beaming and cant stop smiling. im seriously on the edge of tears im so estatic. bree is healthy and happy and mellow and a great baby so far. i have to wake her up to feed her because she loves to sleep. were all amazing and still in the moving in process but thats going great too. seriously life just feels too perfect right now
oh yes, and not being pregnant anymore feels amazing!! haha i can breath again!!

I love the picture where she is looking at her Daddy. I think that he is going to spoil her
You make me less scared of labor. Of course I am trying without an epidural but hey. Anyways, you should be proud of yourself and it sounds like you are doing awesome. Keep the pictures coming!
