Hi im 28 yrs old and occassional i notice in the evenings when im sitting quietly or in bed that i get a prominant single heart beat. its like in the middle of my normal heartbeat my heart kinda jumps interupting the rythem. i can feel in my cheast when it does this. which worrie and frightens me a bit as i dont know if its something i should worrie about or if its normal.
