What causes etopic pregancy ? Could I have a tube / tubal pr Posted: 07-16-07 02:25am
I am 21 years old and I have been pregant
twice. The frist time i was pregant i came
on my menstration as normal then I used a
douche afterwards and I just started
bleeding and when i went to the doctor she
told me I was having a miscarriage. She
never clean my body out or anything. Then
about 5 months later i got pregant again
but that time i still had my regular
period but there was all kinds of pain and
my breast were very sore. When I went to
the doctor he told me I was pregant in my
tube. I have never had surgery prior to
this etopic pregancy and I have never had
a std. I think i am pregant again and I am
having the same syptoms that i had with my
2nd pregancy. So my questions are is there
anyway to save a baby that is in your
tube? And what could have made me have an
etopic pregancy in the frist place?
At the moment you are asking this question
it is too early to say if you are
pregnant, or not. You can wait until you
miss your next expected period to do a
home pregnancy test. This is the most
reliable time. Otherwise, if you know
when you've ovulated, you can take a
pregnancy test 10 days after ovulation.
There is no way you can save a tubal
pregnancy. In fact, it is very important
to end a tube-based pregnancy as soon as
possible because it could be life
threatening. An ectopic pregnancy is
usually due to a disturbed tubal passage.
In turn, a disturbed passage of the
fertilized egg-cell through the tube is
usually caused by an infection of the
Fallopian tube.
