Jason was trying to buy a laptop off of
ebay and well he got frauded, the guy said
it was all through ebay etc. said to send
800 western union gave us all the info, i
thought it was fishy but we got an ebay
confirmation email that the transaction
was started and jason didnt think to check
the ebay messages just the email so he
sent the 800 to this guy and we havent
heard from him since so he emailed ebay
about it because they gave us the DHL link
but DHL couldnt find anything from romania
coming here and we only had half the
tracking number since the other part was
xed out, well i forwarded the email we got
to ebay and they said that wasnt one of
there emails and that it was going to the
spoof people because it was a fake, but
ebay cant tell us whether or not we would
be able to get our money back, they gave
us internet fraud websites etc to contact
and told us to contact western union as
well wich i dunno what good that would do,
so i think we basically got screwed out of
800 bucks wich really really sucks 800 is
alot of money but jason sold his nazi
memorabilia to get that money so its not
quite as big a deal as it cuold have been
but i really hope we get our money back
but it seems highly unlikely.
on a happy note im getting the kids
pictures done saturday its that sepia tone
1930's style pictures, hopefully joseph
cooperates. itd 12 bucks for 5 poses then
they have different packages, this will be
there first proffessional pictures so we
will see how it turns out, joseph has to
wear nice pants and a collared shirt wich
he has hopefully they turn
out good, it takes 2-3 weeks to get the
portraits back.

wow, that sucks. sorry, but it sounds like
you're out of luck. i would be furious,
$800 is a lot of money. for future
reference, only use paypal when dealing
with ebay.
on a happier note, i hope the pictures
turn out nice! i can't wait to see them!
ya i only use paypal, the first guy that
wanted to do that i said it seemed fishy
so he didnt do it but then he went ahead
and did this one, and sure enough, it
seems to only be with the laptops though
that they do that . im mad but not as mad
as i should be i think because it wasnt
his money from his paychecks it was from
him selling stuff to get it so its sorta
his money and stuff.
i called western union, the money was
picked up in romania. i beleive it was a
3rd party picking it up though, cuz i

is in the states. I went to FBI website
and clicked on internet fraud and reported
it and gave them all the info i had and
the story, so i guess we just see what
happens from there. hopefully they dont go
all deep and take our comp or something
and freeze stuff.
When my brothers friend commited suicide,
he was the one in 2002 that flew the plane
into the bank of america in tampa fla.
they were talking on the internet prior to
it happeneng so the FBI froze our account
and everything and we had no internet for
a couple weeks thena ol couldnt unfreeze
our account so we had to open anew one. so
i hope that doesnt happen with this . we
will see
