I've done some some research but there are only pills selling on the net. What kind of diet or supplements do you guys reccommend for fibromyalgia diagnosed patient. Any info will be greatly appreciated ??

Its a very good diet you can do a google search on it. its basically whole grains, fruits and vegetables. you can buy his books(john mcdougal) on the internet(really cheap on ebay) my mom and i and my extended family were on it for a long time and we all started doing much better.
