I am a female and have pain right lower
back. It mostly comes when I am sleeping
at night. Sometimes during the day. Its a
thobbing pain. Sometimes it will go around
to my front on right side. Could this be a
kidney stone?

Hello, yes it very well could be a kidney
stone. My husband has the same kind of
pain you described when he is about to
pass one. Drink lots of water to try to
flush it out, if this doens't seem to
work, it could very well be something
else! Hope you feel better soon and get it
figured out!

Bubbly Urine Posted: 10-28-07 14:30pm
I occasionally have bubbles in the toliet
after I pass urine also I'm having a
reoccuring pain in my lower back on the
right side above my hips, and I also have
frequent urination sometime with a heavy
flow and then sometime with barely
nothing. Are these signs of kidney
failure/kidney disease?

You could very well have a kidney or
bladder infection, or urinary tract
infection. I am not a physican, but would
suggest you see one and explain to him the
symptoms you are having. You said you
experienced some pain, at least go and
have this checked out just to ensure its
nothing more than maybe an infection,
instead of waiting and letting it allwo to
get worse instead of better.
