I've Got a Feeling I'm Depressed... Posted: 07-20-07 07:32am
Hi,
Well I'm 19 years old, I live in the UK
and I kinda think I'm a bit depressed...
:S
I'm not sure though, I just feel like
crap, and I feel my life has no purpose,
I've been thinking a lot about the meaning
of life, and what is the point of me being
here...
I always feel like I have no energy and I
sleep alot more than I used too (Sometimes
12-15 hours a night).
I've started having trouble concentrating
on one task at a time, and I've been
getting pee'd off at the smallest
things...
I don't know what to do if I am
depressed... I don't want to tell anyone,
because they will most likely laugh and
say I'm being stupid.
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks.

Hi Gaz
Sounds like you need a friend to talk to,
you can call me Ginger or Angie both names
are cool ... depends how you see me really
...
Why do you think you are depressed, tell
you something mate, being 19, you
shouldn't be feeling that way, so why
feeling so low and bad. Has someone been
unkind, have you got issues with anyone
that is constantly putting thier foot on
your head ...you are a young adult, with
the big world out there waiting for you to
step into it, come on babe, pick up that
smile, look thru the raindrops and see the
sunshine ... there is light at the end of
a tunnel, it's just you are half way thru
and the light looks so far away... the
more you talk things thru, the quicker
that light becomes lighter ... Trust me my
young friend.. Ive been to hell n back,
and now NO-ONE or Nothing gets me down ...
not without a fight anyway.
I hope you start feeling like opening up
to someone .. if you have a good friend
you can trust with your troubles, then
open up to them, if not ... Hey that's
what we're here to do ... I'm a supporter
in E health, and I'm here to support you
..
Sending strength to you
