Breathing Out White Smoke ?? Posted: 03-11-04 13:10pm
Mods I have no idea what "topic" this
would go under, feel free to move it to a
new home.
Ok, this may sound really strange. A few
weeks ago I tried some "fat free" butter
(on my grilled cheese) since it was in the
house, no taste, boring, and I noticed
afterward that when I "puffed" my cheeks
out and filled my mouth with air I could
breathe out white smoke, like I was
smoking (i dont nor have I ever smoked).
I was pretty impressed and thought it was
from the butter, my mom even noticed it
from about 6 feet away. Lately ive been
having trouble breathing deep (and having
to really try to fill my lungs), and
coming home from work I noticed that when
I puffed my cheeks I could breathe white
smoke out. Can anyone explain this or if
its bad? The past year I havent really
been active (sittin around, no job). If
anyone can provide me with any information
I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

This comes under the heading of weird for
me but I think given the other symptoms
that you should see a dr but concentrate
on the other symptoms re breathing.
You might also try starting a gentle, I
repeat gentle exercise routine maybe yoga
or short (say 30 minute) walks once or
twice a day to build yourself up.
