Have a diagnosis for the current condition: no

Current medical status: not a day goes by when i dont wake up with stomache im ful of gas, uncomfortable, i have no idea what food is upsetting me but i am wondering if its wheat? i have suffered with this for at least 5 years my gp just passes it off. i think also i am going into my change in the last two months i felt hot constantly when normally i am cold all the time, my periods have become irregular as well but i dont feel the two are related.

Current medical treatment: steriod cream for my skin and nothing else"

A larger than normal amount of gas in the intestines (metorism) is a functional disorder due to decreased peristaltic action of the intestines. It is probably nothing serious because if it was something serious (cancer for example), you probably wouldn’t have survived for 5 years.

Hot flashes and irregular cycles could be due to peri-menopause but you can check up on this at your gynecologist's office.

If you are experiencing chronic generalized joint pain, you can request some blood laboratory tests and an x-ray image to exclude rheumatic or degenerative diseases. You can consult a rheumatologist for more information.
