I've got 140lbs to shift and so I've
turned to "diet pills" to try and help
kick start me.
I've gone for a combination of "Lipophase
3x" a starch and carb blocker.
These work by blocking the enzymes that
would digest these in your system.
enzymes work as a "key and lock" idea
(well thats a crude explanation but it
give the idea).
Think of a ball of modelling clay and then
poke a hole in it.
that's an enzyme - each one has a
different shaped hole to fit different
shaped molecules of food types.
so the carb blocker effectively fits into
the enzyme meaning the carb can't fit in
to be broken down and so it can't be used
by the body.
The second item in the combination is a
fat burner - this basically boost the
metabolism.
I've made sure the one I chose is
ephedrine free, although it does have a
quite high dose of caffiene (I don't drink
any so that's not so bad) and a high dose
of green tea extract.
Cayenne pepper, paprika, cinnamon all have
weightloss properties and drinkers of
green tea report some good results -
probably in part due to the fact that it
flushes toxins and free radicals from the
body.
I'll try to keep you updated on progress
and give my opinions on this combination
after a month of use.

Hi there...
Actually I tried some 'Lipotropic' weight
loss pills, I bought some over the counter
but then found that you could get them
cheaper on eBay.
Yes, these did help me, I lost about 6lbs
over a period of 3 weeks, and did not feel
any jittery effects (or much less) from
the stimulant based ones.. I still lose a
bit of weight with these, but not quite at
the same rate.. still good though..! I am
also walking more as well.. but the pills
help
There are some I saw on eBay.co.uk... I
entered
"lipotropic weight loss cheapest"
as key words in the search and I saw that
there is a really good price going on
these...
Perhaps worth looking into... I might buy
some later.. I think I tried these before
and they worked well...
The carb blockers did not work for me...
but the green tea is good...
