I am only sixteen years old! And i have
migrans atleast once a week, and i have
neck and shoulder pains contently! Know
one can tell me why they just say take
advil! Well i am ammune to all over the
counter drugs like advil! If anyone can
tell me anything diff. that would help
alot!

Well, it sounds like you have a lot of
tension, since you are having pain in your
neck and shoulders. That could be causing
your migraines or could be caused by your
migraines. If you are having migraines
weekly, you need to see a doctor. The
doctor can prescribe something that WILL
work better than otc meds. I have used
Imitrex in the past. As for the tension
in your neck and shoulders, try massage
therapy. It can work wonders. You can
even tell the massage therapist what your
problems are, and they can target that
specific area. May even help with your
headaches. BUT, if you are having them
that often, you really should see a
doctor. There could be an underlying
cause that could be serious. Good luck!
