Signs of Testicular Cancer Posted: 07-24-07 04:48am
Hi. I've noticed change in the size and
shape of one of my testicles and there is
a lump near my scrotum. I've read that
these are the first sing of testicular
cancer. I'm very scared. I'm 27 and we
have a family history of cancers. I'll go
to doctor soon as I can. I'm out of
country on a busyness trip. I need your
replays .... Thanks

Hi!
Sorry for delayed replay.
In most cases testicular cancer is
represented as a painless lump or mass in
the testicle and that leads to changed
shape. Scrotal enlargement or swelling is
also common. A sensation of heaviness in
the scrotum or lower abdominal aching can
be experienced, too.
You should keep in mind that some of these
symptoms may be caused by other
conditions, such as testicle injury or
testicle infection.
I'll suggest you to visit urologist.
