What is the difference between period pains and pergnancy pains?????? And how early are the signs of being pregnant???

period signs and pregnancy signs almost go hand in hand... alot of times women will think they are pregnant only to find out that the symptoms were from their period... you cannot tell if you are pregnant by symptoms alone.. only testing can give you an answer.
