I had sex on 6/9/07 every since then I've been having symptoms. My back and stomach always hurts. i can bearly sit up. i've been discharging like crazy. i've also been gaining weight and everybody can notice. but im on the shot. is it 100% effective. could i be pregnant?

No form of birth control is 100% so yes, you could be pregnant.
