Pregnancy Test(what Does This Mean?) Posted: 07-25-07 06:03am
iam 26 and on bc pills I missed 4 or 5
last month and About 3 weeks ago I was
suppose to start my period,well 2 days
before it was due I began spotting pink
one day the brown the next 6 days on and
off.I then began to have
headaches,nausea,lower backaches and
cramping like iam going to start my period
anytime,Then I began to have very oily
skin and now just a day ago my breasts are
beginning to get veiny and really sore and
very senstive like right before I
start.Ialso have been so tired lately and
have been sleeping more .
I really have no idea whats going on with
me
So I finally bought a test and i bought
one of thoes $1 ones called u-check its
suppose to be very sensitive. I took it
and the control line came out fine and the
test line is white or maybe kinda lighter
than the pink color Is this an evaporation
line i guess?It showed up a couple of sec.
after I dropped the urine on it.anyone
elses tried these tests? are they
reliable.So should i take another or do u
think it was probably a evaporation line?
This is the first preg. test I have ever
took and have really no idea what iam
doing lol
also if my urine was to diluted could it
cause this reaction? cause I have been
peeing so much I couldnt hold it that long
before I tested.

um, thats a positive result which means
you are pregnant. You need to do another
one if you are unsure, but thats
definitely a positive result. Go to your
doctor and get them to do bloods. You need
to start your care immediately.

Ok I bought 2 more of the same kind and
took one as soon as I got home and it
showed a white kinda looking line just
like the other one.So I went to bed and
woke up today around 5am and took the
other it didnt show a white line it began
to then it went away. So I have no idea I
would assume thoes are evaporation lines
but like i said these are the first tests
I have ever took.I thought the urine is
suppose to bind with the dye to show a
positive result?anyone else have similar
experiences?

see i thoguht the same thing when i first
took a pregnancy test... i thought it was
an evaporation line so the next day i took
three and sure enought the line was darker
and more easy to see with the a low
light...i thought a disappearing line mean
that its an evaporation line or
negavtive...will wait a few days and then
test again....why dont you try a digital
test this time....let me know how it
goes..

You could try and take a digital test, it
says "Pregnant' "Not pregnant'.
Planned parenthood gives free pregnancy
tests, in case you would feel more
comfortable having someone else read the
results.
