Hi all
My mate Jerry - (you'll see him posting
soon)
and myself, came up with an idea about a
song to write,
about giving up smoking, and falling off a
wagon.
I'm just about to give up (this weekend)
and Jerry has been off them for nearly a
week - woo hoo good boy
So who's up for a supportive song, and
generally support each other
in this forum ?? Come on whilst your
posting, you can't type - keep them
fingers busy busy busy ...

Ginger is the master mind behind this. We
would like everyone who is trying to quit
(or has quit) to chime in. Add personal
notes, rant, rave, yell, hit, whatever. It
all helps. We need to stick together on
this. The song is just a way to be
creative and hopefully learn something.
I'll start-
sung to the tune of 'do run run run ya do
run run'
I quit on a friday, and that day went
well-
But since Saturday it's been a livin
hell!-

My back - it feels good na na na na na na
I had 1 smoke all day ..... and I was a
cranky b**** .
Today is the day tho .... I think I've
gotten over the crankyness, I don't want
my morning smoke (it's 7am here now-
Friday Morn)...
I could always kick the cat if I get narky
tho (joke) no reporting me to the RSPCA !!
How's your day going? I must admit -
hardest place NOT to smoke is in the car
!! I get terrible Road Rage .. and I
wanted to slap the silly nork driving in
front of me last night !! But I put on
some soothing tunes, and it calmed me down
... Motown Music saved the day ...
