Is This Pulmonary Artery Hypertension ? Systolic 27 Mmhg ??

i just had an echo done and had mild tricuspid regurgitation and they estimated my (systolic) pulmonary artery pressure as being around 27 mmHg. is this considered normal or borderline? everything else was normal on the echo.
ive heard so many different reference values for PH. anything from 10-20 mmHg.. to 20-30 mmHg...
