I am not sure.
According to these two sites, it sounds
like people only get it in the genitals
from direct genital/genital contact:
"Trichomoniasis is transmitted through
vaginal sex with an infected person."
http://www.engen
derhealth.org/wh/inf/dtric.html
"The parasite is sexually transmitted
through penis-to-vagina intercourse or
vulva-to-vulva (the genital area outside
the vagina) contact with an infected
partner."
http://www.cdc.gov/std/Trichomonas/ST
DFact-Trichomoniasis.htm#HowGet
They make no mention of symptoms of oral
infection or transmission by oral sex.
This site also makes no mention of
symptoms of oral infection, but they do
say other things that make it sound
possible.
"While trichomoniasis is usually passed
sexually, it may be picked up from contact
with damp or moist objects such as towels,
wet clothing, or a toilet seat, if the
genital area gets in contact with these
damp or moist objects.....
...For oral sex, use a dental dam"

You can ask you doctor or call an STD
clinic to ask them. They should be able
to give you more information.
